Fun, Friendly & Free Film Festivals for first time, amateur & pro film makers – Cheap Thrills – Zero Budget Film Festival is now in its’ 7th year and still going strong! Film is a fantastic medium for presenting puppets and screenings in a mortuary chapel (no longer used for services) makes for the ideal cinema venue.
