The afable Bambi, an Indian street dog adopted by Hita, became the subject for my next puppet.

I saw that Judith Hope puppet maker, was running a workshop online, so I signed up. It was excellent! Highly recommended, whether you’re a puppet maker or not!
Step by step, I took my time making this puppet, learning new techniques along the way.
I allowed myself some artistic licence and turned the colours up. I used Worbla scraps for the ears. Colouring with small pieces of tissue paper was a great technique.
